We took our English bulldog puppy in for coughing. Dr. McEnroe was extremely thorough with his exam and explained everything as he performed it. In regards to treatment plan, he set expectations clearly. Dr. McEnroe made my pet feel safe and I felt extremely confident in his team’s care of my animal. He advised moving to hospitalization after hours of observation and we are very grateful for his expertise. His explanations were clear and plain speak and I felt like we given informed consent through each step. We will gladly bring our pet back here.
Dr. Scott and Melissa were so amazing in treating my little labradoodle when she got a foxtail in her nose. I’m so grateful they were able to help and they even found that she had an ear infection too. Very prompt, very informative and caring to put my mind at ease. I’m so relieved that My pup is on the mend. ❤️🩹
The best care I’ve received from any vet! We’ve taken both of our dogs here an do the team is caring, explains all procedures thoroughly, giving an itemized quote for suggested treatments. When my beloved dog passed sway from an accident, Dr. Kessel and team worked on her for 18 minutes after her heart stopped. It was terrible but we got the best of care. They were wonderful! Our other dog recovered nicely after being ill. Can’t support them enough!
Amazing experience at PetMed. They took us in right away even though it was close to closing time. Dr. Kissel and her staff were very kind and professional. She did a full exam followed by X-rays on our little dog, plus an injection and two prescriptions. He seems much improved today, and they called this morning to follow up. Huge shout out to Dr. Kissel and team!
We had the unfortunate experience of saying goodbye to our pet recently, but the team at PetMed made the experience as gentle as possible. They went the extra mile to make us feel supported and made sure our dog was as comfortable as possible through the whole experience. Dr. Scott was informative and kind, and the rest of the care team was awesome too.
I took my cat in for urinary problems and ended up with a new surprising diagnosis for my cat. Dr. Kissel and the staff at PetMed were absolutely amazing helping me understand my options during this transition and were very supportive. They took great care of my cat and helped me with my concerns. I would highly recommend PetMed, they do a great job.
I’m visiting the area for a couple of weeks, and wanted to get my dog seen for peace of mind (ie, not anything emergent or life threatening). Petmed got us in and seen quickly, so we could get on with our adventures, and was so kind and thorough with their examination and explanations. My cat got great care! No wait. Dr. Scott and staff were wonderful. Explained treatment options. up front discussion of costs. Shared test results with me and with my usual vet. Followed up with a phone call the next day.

Our girl has been for several visits of various issues, and each time they take excellent care of her, patiently answering our questions and concerns, and always following up post-visit to ensure she is improving. Absolutely awesome service. So fast, efficient, professional and friendly. They understand how worried we are when our babies are sick. That was my first visit ever, but it felt like I was with friends who cared for me and my dog. Highly recommend. Thank you Dr. Sofranko and PetMed team.
