Melissa shares her home with a lively crew of three dogs, four cats, and even a spider, reflecting a lifelong love for animals of all kinds. Outside of work, Melissa enjoys cooking, spending time outdoors, wine tasting, and capturing moments through photography. While she cares deeply for every animal she meets, cats hold a special place as her favorite.

Her passion for veterinary medicine is especially focused on hospice care and supporting senior pets, as well as working with exotic species.
